Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 6-8 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 5-7 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1. U.S. Domestic Shipping (UPS)

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • The estimated delivery time is typically 1-5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is available for orders within a 100-mile radius of our address: 10721 John Price Road, Building 3, Suite 160, Charlotte, NC, 28273, US.
  • Local delivery is free. This service also includes installation of your item(s). The option will appear during the checkout process if your address is eligible.
  • Deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. We will contact you via the phone number or email you provided at checkout to arrange a delivery time.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
